Jenny Bravin

Master of Psychology (Neuropsychology)

A registered psychologist since 1998 and qualified clinical neuropsychologist, Jenny has worked with adults with neurological conditions and their families for over 12 years, primarily within rehabilitation settings. This has involved conducting neuropsychological assessments, providing education and management strategies for cognitive and behavioural consequences of brain injuries or illnesses, as well as psychological therapy. Jenny has had many years of experience assisting people to overcome and manage grief and loss, adjustment issues, anxiety, stress, and depression, particularly when associated with illness or injury. She uses a client centred approach incorporating cognitive behavioural therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, interpersonal therapy, and mindfulness based therapy. Jenny is a member of the Australian Psychological Society. She believes in helping people to achieve their maximum potential through better understanding of issues of concern and aims to work in a holistic integrated manner to promote well-being.
